Job Description:	Qualifications 1.    General Qualifications 1.1.    Filipino citizen, with good moral character 1.2.    With no pending administrative, civil or criminal case 1.3.    In good health 2.    CSC Qualification 2.1.    Bachelor’s Degree 2.2.    3 years supervisory experience 2.3.    Career executive service eligibility.  In the absence of said eligibility, the candidate should be willing to undergo the process of obtaining eligibility within 1 year from assumption of duty 3.    Additional Requirements 3.1.    Educational qualification a.   Preferably with Master’s Degree and with 5 years supervisorial experience b.   Other academic and professional credentials 3.2.    Professional experience and accomplishments a.    Administrative or managerial experience b.   Proven leadership qualities/potential in initiating and implementing programs c.    Established networking or linkages in current or previous positions Job Description The Regional Director for DOST II shall provide leadership in the formulation of policies, strategies and implementation of programs/projects.  He/She will be stationed at DOST II, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
