Programmer

Network Administrator

Network Technician

Hardware/Software Technician

According to the NYC's job posting, the above positions "do not require Civil Service Eligibility as the vacancies will be filled up under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or contract." In other words, the above positions are contractual.
